	I just started my business in late 2004 and needed to get the equipment to get my newly hired employees to work. Knowing that cash flow is king, I decided it was a wise choice to lease everything I could, creating a better cash flow. ASSET RICH… CASH POOR

How many times have we all heard this expression? Unfortunately too many times it is all too relevant in today’s corporate world. There are many good companies out in the marketplace that have this exact problem and are wondering how they can make a dead paid for asset work for them by producing much need working capital? There are more and more Asset Based Lending companies that specialize in lending money to companies that are either going through a rough time right now or just have too much equipment that is currently paid off. Each Asset Based Lending company have their own niche in this particular sector of the financing industry. Some like deals up to $300,000 and then there are others that like to start at a minimum of $250,000. If your company falls into one of these categories and you either need additional monies that your current line of credit or general financing will provide or if your company is going through a rough time right now then you might want to consider this type of financing.
